Meet The Fizer Team Just as a football team doesn't consist of all quarterbacks or a baseball team isn't made-up of only 1st basemen, our team does not consist of all real estate agents doing the same thing. We have people for specific specialized tasks to provide you with efficient and reliable service. Our team consists of an office manager/listing coordinator, a marketing and advertising manager, a closing specialist, and four Listing/Buyer realtors. Five of these people are licensed realtors. We are also licensed in Missouri, as well as Illinois. |

Todd Fizer is a Buyer and a Listing Specialist. He has spent sixteen years in the engineering field as a consultant and then a sales engineer, working with clients such as Caterpillar, Inc., Boeing, Hewlett Packard, Memorex, Baxter pharmaceuticals, BJC Health Systems, to name just a few. He decided to switch career paths and has enjoyed the change. His experience in the engineering field has made the switch to real estate an easy one. Todd is also licensed in Missouri, working with Coldwell Banker Gundaker. |

Sue Fizer has been serving the Real Estate industry in the Metro East for 30 years. She has worked to create a team of real estate professionals to aid her in providing the best possible service to her clients. Sue has consistently ranked at the top of her field nationally and locally. She has a genuine passion for selling real estate. Sue practices her profession full time including weekends and evenings. Her goal is to always deliver a high level of satisfaction and hopefully exceed the expectations of her clients. | Julie Schneider is your client care, office manager/listing coordinator. Julie’s job is to process all of the listing details. Her goal is to see that all of the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed. During the listing period she will be available to answer any questions and address your concerns. She works closely with Sue to see that the overall daily operation runs smoothly. | |

Kathy Popovich is your contract to closing specialist. Her role is vital in the sale of your property. She coordinates inspections, contacts lenders if need be, keeps track of all of the paperwork, works with the title company and answers any questions all of these persons may have. She makes sure that everyone is doing his or her part to complete the closing process.Communicating with you throughout the closing process is important and she will do her utmost to keep you informed. |

Pat Mace is your marketing and advertising manager. She handles the mailings that leave our office. These mailings can involve approximately 2500 pieces and are mailed several times a year. She calls the other agents for feedback on the showings that take place on listed properties and contacts the listor when possible. There are many hours of tedious work involved in this and she handles it effortlessly. |
